Nahir Negron-Fernandez, Physical Therapy Aide

Nahir Negron-Fernandez graduated from a Texas Women’s University with a bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a minor in Mathematics in 2021. He furthered his education by earning a master’s in Exercise Science at Northern Michigan University in 2023. During his time there, he held roles as both a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant, refining his expertise in academic teaching and exercise science research, particularly in rehabilitation, sport performance, and biomechanics. Nahir aspires to contribute to research facilities, where he can integrate his knowledge of exercise science and technology to enhance rehabilitation practices and improve sport performance. Beyond his professional endeavors, Nahir finds joy in an array of activities, from running, biking, and strength training to indulging in video games, board games, and literature.
