Lauren DeNapoli, MSPT, Physical Therapist

Lauren DeNapoli is a seasoned physical therapist with 23 years of clinical experience and a passion for whole-person care. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science (2002) and Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (2003) from Northeastern University, where she developed the evidence-based foundation that guides her practice today.

Lauren specializes in:

  •   Pelvic health for women, men, and children—addressing concerns such as incontinence, pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, and prenatal/postpartum recovery.
  •   Orthopedic rehabilitation, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including joint pain, post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic movement dysfunction.

In addition to her clinical work, Lauren is a professional fitness competitor with the IFBB, and worldwide fitness coach.  She is passionate about integrating strength and conditioning principles into her treatment approach to help patients restore mobility, build resilience, and achieve long-term results.

Known for her individualized care and empowering patient education, Lauren is dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence—both in and outside of the clinic.

Lauren also has taken several advanced courses in pelvic rehabilitation including Downtraining, Vagus Nerve Stimulation, and Advanced Evaluation and Treatment of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction from Pelvic PT Rising.
